Our face paints are water-based, making them as easy to take off as they are a joy to put on! Simply remove with soap and warm water; there is no need for scrubbing or harsh removers. Gentle face wipes are appropriate for face paint removal as well. However, please remember that due to the high pigment content, some colors may stain like the black color.

Our face paints are safe for all ages, but we recommend face painting for children 3 years old and over. When painting younger children, we recommend a small motif on their cheek, hands or arms. We do not like to force kids to get their face painted.

Face paint will stay on until you wash it off under normal circumstances. Always remove paint before going to bed.

Yes, face paint will dry to the touch once applied. However, it may rub off if something brushes up against it or if it comes into contact with water.

Our face paints products do not act as any form of sunblock. Using sunblock under our products is your own choice and doing so may make the face paint difficult to apply. We also cannot guarantee how this will affect the sunblock’s performance.

Yes, I do require a contract. My contract is simple, it contains your name and contact number, party information, and fees. A $20 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the date and is due at least a week before party, payable through PayPal or credit card. I accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your $20 deposit will go towards the total amount due. If you plan to pay the remainder on the day of the event I prefer cash.

Either way! You can come to my home in Wenatchee, Washington, and have me paint you here, and of course you are encouraged to bring along any family or friends who would like to share in the experience. I'd recommend bringing at least one friend to take photos of you being painted! In general, week days work best for me as I am busier at birthday parties and events. But, I can do my best to work around your schedule too, with evenings or weekends as well. I can offer you a discount as well since you'd be saving me the driving! Otherwise, many moms enjoy having their belly painted at home or even during their baby shower or blessing-way to add extra fun and entertainment to the event!

Of course! I can put together some ideas to get the ball rolling and help us come up with a great design that will be perfect just for you! Once we come up with a design idea that you like, I will give you some type of visual, whether it be a hand drawing or a photoshopped image. This way you will get to see what the final design will look like before we even meet.

No problem! The makeup/design can completely cover your stretch marks so you won't see your bare belly in your photos. If you don't want your belly on display to your shower friends while your painting is in progress, you may prefer to come to my home or have me come to yours for private sessions. Your comfort is my top priority!

Usually what I do is have you stand for just a couple minutes while I lightly sketch the design with a makeup pencil first...this prevents your design from looking distorted when you stand up at the end. Then I'll have you sit for the rest of the painting. It works best if you're on a chair without arms, as they can block my access to the sides of your belly, and being at a slight angle (or a pillow behind your lower back) so your belly isn't scrunched up. But, you're welcome to lie down if that's more comfortable, and of course get up and stretch or change positions whenever you need!

Most definitely! I only use the highest quality professional supplies, FDA compliant for cosmetic use. We tend to call it face "paint" because it goes on with artist brushes, but it really is not paint at all...it is actually makeup designed for use on skin. My makeup is all water based and easily washes off with soap and water when you're done enjoying your design!

Client agrees to pay the full amount even if Client actually uses Artist for less time. Any time requested beyond the time booked will cost $25.00 for every 15 minutes. There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks. If you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If you need to cancel your event, your deposit fee is non-refundable. If Artist becomes too sick to paint or is otherwise unable to paint that day for any reasons, family emergencies, weather conditions, or accident, every effort will be made to find a replacement Artist, but if we are not successful the deposit will be refunded. Artist require adequate lighting and a minimum area of 4’W x 4’L to set-up her station. Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions included but are not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise, dangerous weather conditions such as extreme heat/rain/cold. Artist will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose or she deems offensive. Artist is not liable for any parties’ allergic reactions to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. Artist will not paint children under 2 years old. Artist will not paint anyone who is sick: cough, runny nose, conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds.
