Client agrees to pay the full amount even if Client actually uses Artist for less time.

Any time requested beyond the time booked will cost $25.00 for every 15 minutes.

There will be a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

If you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

If you need to cancel your event, your deposit fee is non-refundable.

If Artist becomes too sick to paint or is otherwise unable to paint that day for any reasons, family emergencies, weather conditions, or accident, every effort will be made to find a replacement Artist, but if we are not successful the deposit will be refunded.

Artist require adequate lighting and a minimum area of 4’W x 4’L to set-up her station.

Extreme Adverse Working Conditions: Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme adverse working conditions included but are not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities; or otherwise, dangerous weather conditions such as extreme heat/rain/cold.

Artist will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose or she deems offensive.

Artist is not liable for any parties’ allergic reactions to paints. Children with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate. Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property.

Artist will not paint children under 2 years old.

Artist will not paint anyone who is sick: cough, runny nose, conjunctivitis; any infectious skin condition; eczema or open wounds.

Let´s Color offers art/painting instruction for both education and entertainment purposes. The paint party is intended to be a fun night out not an academic course.

The example painting and lesson are used as a guide to follow and each person will be working on with their unique interpretation of the artwork. The finish work will have its own style and beauty that may be quite different than the original. Guests are not required to copy exactly as shown and may diverge from the instructor’s lead.
